SeaChange are delighted to announce that one of our key corporate clients won the 2016 Pharma Industry H&S Award. Bristol-Myers Squibb and SeaChange have been working together over the past year on a Safety Culture Transformation Initiative that has been hugely successful within the BMS Swords site. The focus of this initiative was to evolve the BMS Safety Culture, with people at the heart of the change.
The Safety Culture Initiative concentrated on driving operational improvement through managing risk sustainably. It also focused on effectively connecting ‘people & behaviour’ to the Safety message sitewide.
The Safety Culture has evolved and this innovative transformation has contributed significantly to Safety Performance. Key results from this were 78% Injury Reduction; 52% Near Miss Reporting Increase; 600% Manager Safety Walkabout Increase.
